(Brooklyn, NY/77WABC)-Police say an off-duty NYPD officer was arrested Thursday afternoon by officers from the 68th Precinct in Brooklyn, NY.
NYPD Officer Michael Harrison faces two counts each of Unlawful Imprisonment and Criminal Obstruction of Breathing. Details of the alleged incidents related to the charges against Harrison have not yet been released.
It is unknown if Harrison has retained counsel.
