UNDATED –The summer driving season is almost here—and it’s no surprise to see prices rising at the pump this time of year. However oil analysts say drivers may be paying more than a standard increase —perhaps as much as 4 dollars a gallon. OPEC continues to cut production—along with tensions in the Middle East. Russian refineries have recently come under attack by drones launched by Ukraine. Gas prices in New York City averaging $3.48 a gallon…statewide it’s $3.45 a gallon. Nationally prices at the pump averaged $3.54 a gallon.
