Caribbean Festival
(New York, NY) — While you were sleeping, some of your neighbors were taking part in the J’Ouvert festival in Brooklyn. There have been huge crowds on the streets and in the backyards throughout Brooklyn partying. That celebration is capped off with the West Indian Day Parade along Eastern Parkway. This year, police are using drones to first respond to noise or other complaints before officers check out the scene.
