(New York, NY) — The NYPD says security will be tight for tonight’s 50th annual Village Halloween Parade. Parade goers will see cops in uniform as well as drones and other security measures. Up to a million could take part in the parade. Only those in costumes and in masks are allowed to join the bands, dancers and artists in the parade. It kicks off at seven o’clock in Greenwich Village.
