(New York, NY) — Record breaking or near record breaking heat is expected over the next few days across the tri-state area. Temperatures will be above 90 degrees through Thursday. A heat advisory is in place for parts of northern New Jersey. Forecasters say the heat index will approach the mid to upper 90’s in parts of the Garden State this week. It will be humid out as well.
