Brooklyn, NY (77WABC)-A Brooklyn woman is under arrest in connection with last Thursday’s incident in which gasoline was poured outside of Yeshiva of Flatbush and lit on fire.
Police say 39-year-old Sharee Jones of Brooklyn faces charges of arson and reckless endangerment as a hate crime. She was arrested Sunday.
The incident was captured on surveillance video. A woman, believed to be Jones, was seen dressed in all black clothing, pouring gasoline from a red can and lighting it on fire.
A nearby security guard doused the flames before EMS arrived. No one was hurt.
