Frank is joined by a panel consisting of Vickie Wang, translator-turned-writer and model-turned-standup-comedian and stand-up comedian Fred Rubino. They discuss everything from the state of comedy to the oppression from mainland China on Taiwan and much more. Frank starts the third hour with denunciations for the week. He moves on to talk with Mike Porcelli, a master-mechanic, automotive expert, army veteran and a proponent of trade education. They discuss a labor shortage driving the return of shop class and how CTE can save at-risk youth. He then gives the Conspiracy of the Day on Operation Northwoods, where the U.S. planned to stage terror attacks. Frank wraps up the show talking about how being the eldest child is linked with high levels of anxiety and talks about Trump's speech at the Al Smith Dinner.
