Late last month the LIRR made its first significant schedule change in over 100 years. Many riders are frustrated by how that's impacted commutes to Penn Station in Manhattan and Atlantic Terminal in Brooklyn. The changes were made in order to accommodate the newly opened Grand Central Madison, providing LIRR riders with direct East Side access.
