With socialist, far-left candidate Zohran Mamdani having secured the Democratic party’s nomination in the race for mayor, there are five candidates on the ballot in November. Former NY Governor David Paterson is calling on some candidates to drop out in order to form a strong coalition in opposition to Mamdani.
