Sgt. Dale Beatty a double amputee and Iraq War Veteran passed away on February 12, 2018 due to complications from his battlefield injuries. He was only 39 years old. Beatty signed up to serve his country during Operation Iraqi Freedom, and he was injured when a mine detonated through the floor of their Humvee in Northern Iraq in November 2004. He left behind a wife, Belinda, and 3 children, Dustin, Lucas, and Sophia.
