On this Friday edition of Sid & Friends in the Morning, it's confirmed now that the five passengers of the missing Titanic submersible are now deceased after it was discovered that the vessel imploded just a couple of hours into its descent into the sea. An overwhelmingly tragic event to say the least, but one that never should have happened as well. When it comes to dumb ways to die, paying a quarter of a million dollars to go see the ruins of the Titanic aboard an underdeveloped, essentially plastic submersible prone to implosion is right up near the top of that list. Nonetheless, a sad day for Americans who followed this gripping story all week long, especially for the families of those lost on board. In other news of the day, the fight for New York City Council District 47 heats way up, Jordan Williams speaks out for the first time since that stabbing on the subway, it's finally discovered who took care of Congressman George Santo's bail that kept him out of jail, and top NBA prospect and frenchman Victor Wembanyama goes first overall in last night's NBA Draft at the Barclays Center. Brian Kilmeade, Curtis Sliwa, Nicole Malliotakis, Ari Kagan, Rich "Big Daddy" Salgado, Hisham Tawfiq, Joe Tacopina and Samantha Zherka join the program on this Friday installment of the world's greatest morning show.
