It was a silly week in America. Donald Trump took the Bronx (not really). Joe Biden put a kill order out on his opponent (definitely not really). And Nikki Haley did the exact thing she said she wouldn’t ever do (yes, really). But on the other side of the pond they geared up for an election in a very different way. Elections were called in the United Kingdom for July 4th. Putting aside how disrespectful choosing that date is (really kidding), it gives us a reason to explore how elections are done over there. Maybe they are on to something.
