(New York, New York) – Jesse Watters is throwing fuel on the Los Angeles mayoral fight, saying Spencer Pratt may be the kind of outsider needed to shake up City Hall.
Watters ripped Mayor Karen Bass’ leadership while pointing to homelessness, illegal immigration and progressive spending priorities as examples of a city moving in the wrong direction.
The comments give Pratt more national attention as his political profile grows. What started as a surprise celebrity-driven mayoral push is now becoming part of a larger conservative argument about Los Angeles: the city is too expensive, too unsafe and too controlled by failed Democratic policies.
Pratt’s appeal is that he does not sound like a normal politician. That is exactly why some supporters believe he could break through.
