(Hartford, CT) — Cops in Hartford, Connecticut are searching for a driver who shot a 12-year-old boy after he hit his car with snowballs. Police say the bullets flew on Wednesday night on Capitol Avenue near Park Terrace. The driver allegedly followed the 12-year-old and his 11-year-old friend after his car was hit, and then opened fire on them. He missed the 11-year-old, but hit the 12-year-old multiple times with bullets.

The boy was rushed to Connecticut Children’s. Doctors say he will recover. Police are searching through nearby cameras to determine where the car went after the gunfire. Anyone with information is asked to call police at (860) 722-8477.
