(Washington, DC) — President Biden says he would have won re-election if he had stayed in the race for the White House last year. Biden made the comment in a sit down interview with USA Today. The soon to be former President says he saw polling that showed he could have beaten President-elect Donald Trump for a second time.

But when Biden was asked if he had the vigor for a second term, he said “Who knows what I’m going to be when I’m 86 years old.”

Biden says his biggest regret in office was failing to counter misinformation that spreads online. The rare sit down interview with USA Today is expected to be his only in-depth conversation with journalists before leaving office.
