(New York, NY) — Sean “Diddy” Combs will be back in a New York City courtroom today for a bail hearing. The entertainment mogul, who is facing racketeering and sex trafficking charges will try to convince a judge that he should be allowed to go back home as he awaits trial. He has been behind bars in Brooklyn for two months. He was already denied bail in September and November

Comb’s attorneys are expected to offer the same 50 million dollar bail package in exchange for an ankle monitor and home confinement. It comes as the rapper’s attorneys argue the video of Combs beating ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura was “edited” to manipulate the narrative as federal prosecutors use it to build the case against the alleged forced sexual encounters that Diddy called “freak offs.”
