(New York, NY) – The virtual portal connecting New York City to Ireland’s Dublin will be concluding its chaotic run next month. The Flatiron District portal connects the two cities in real-time functioning like a continuous live video call between cameras stationed in the two cities.
The portal temporarily closed down in May, just six days after it opened due to bad behavior, but then reopened with new rules and limited hours. It’s set to close on September 2nd.
