(New York, NY) – You may have had bad airplane food, but this is another level. A Delta flight that was heading towards Amsterdam was diverted to JFK this morning due to concerns over the in-flight meal service.
The airline said that the spoiled food “was discovered” but did not disclose how many people could have possibly consumed the food. Around a dozen passengers were examined by emergency staff when the plane landed at 4 am. Delta said this is not the service they are known for and apologized for the inconvenience to travelers.
