(New York, NY) – Sid Rosenberg was headed home for the day, and looking forward to taking the ferry back to his home in Brooklyn. Rising a southbound 5-train, a fellow subway rider became unhinged, and started harassing a rabbi who was on the train. Sid says both he and another man stepped in, identified themselves as Jewish, and forced the man to leave the rabbi alone.
He told 77 WABC’s Curtis Sliwa the entire story during the “Rip and Read.”
