WESTCHESTER -An investigation is underway after a 7 year old boy was attacked by a bear in Westchester County Tuesday morning. Authorities say the child is being evaluated, however the injuries are not considered serious. Police say it happened at Hickory Kingdom Road in Bedford, Northern Westchester County. The bear was killed by authorities. Its not clear why the bear attacked the child. The bear is being tested for rabies.
