(Miami, FL) — Miami’s Republican mayor, Francis Suarez, has filed papers to run for president. He is expected to make an official announcement today at the Reagan Library in California. Suarez, who is in his second term as mayor says he is popular because he is a problem solver. He says he can fix the gridlock in Washington D.C.
