(New York, NY) — The nation’s biggest Halloween parade steps off tonight at 7 p.m. in the West Village. The theme for the 49th year of the parade is Freedom. Anyone can join in as long as they are in costume. The parade begins at Canal and 6th Avenue and ends at 15th Street. Hundreds of thousands are expected to take part or watch along crowded streets.
