A Man Stabbed Aboard the “Q” Train by A Female Suspect

BROOKLYN, NY (77WABC) — The southbound “Q” train was approaching the Avenue U subway station in Brooklyn at 11:45 Sunday night, when an unidentified man suddenly attacked a 27-year-old man with a knife. The victim was stabbed multiple times in the torso, back, and arm.

Following the attack, police say the female suspect simply walked off the train at the Avenue U station and fled to the street.

The man who was stabbed suffered puncture wounds to his body. He was taken to Coney Island Hospital by EMS where he was last reported in stable condition.

A search continues for the female suspect in this case.

Police have released the attached photo and video in hopes the public an help identify the woman.
