Man Seen Shooting At Unknown Target In East Harlem

New York (77WABC) – The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s help looking for a unidentified man who took out a gun and shot multiple rounds at another person before fleeing up 7th Avenue near W. 148th St. in East Harlem.

The incident, which took place on August 1 around 1:40 p.m., shows the shooter getting on a red and black scooter after running and heading south on 7th Avenue. The shooter is described as an adult male with a light complexion, 5’11” tall, and last seen wearing a black t-shirt, shorts, red sneakers and a black balaclava.

There were no reported injuries.
