An Accuser of the Late Jeffrey Epstein Sues Prince Andrew Claiming Sex Assault at 17

NEW YORK (AP) — A lawsuit was filed in Manhattan Federal Court Monday by attorney’s for Virginia Giuffre. She is one of the late Jeffrey Epstein’s longtime accusers. She is suing Prince Andrew, saying he sexually assaulted her when she was 17.

According to the lawsuit, the prince abused Giuffre on multiple occasions when she was under the age of 18. It says that on one occasion, the prince sexually abused her in London at the home of Ghislaine Maxwell when Epstein, Maxwell and Prince Andrew forced her to have sexual intercourse with the prince against her will. In late 2019,

Prince Andrew told BBC News night ,that he never had sex with Giuffre.

Epstein was found dead in his cell at NYC’s Metropolitan Correctional Center on August 10, 2019. The medical examiner ruled the death as a suicide.

Maxwell, Epstein’s former girlfriend, is held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn awaiting trial. She is charged with enticement of minors, sex trafficking of children, and perjury.
