Brooklyn, NY (77WABC)-Police have released a video of a suspect they believe may be involved in an attempted kidnapping in Brooklyn, NY.
The NYPD says around 3 pm on Tuesday July 20th, a 13-year-old female victim was playing basketball opposite 1816 Sterling Place when an unknown male individual approached her from behind, grabbed her and attempted to lead her out of the park. The victim’s brother yelled for help and the suspect let the female go and fled on Sterling Place on foot.
The individual police are hoping the publican can help them identify is described as a dark-skinned male, approximately 30-40 years old, 5’8″ – 5’9″, 165 – 170lbs and was last seen wearing a white tank top, blue sweatpants and white sneakers.
