Lindenhurst, NY (77WABC)-Unable to reach 33-year-old Kinshuk Patel, a family member went to the Dapper Smoke Shop at 411 40th St. in Lindenhurst around 9:40 last night. There they discovered Patel, of Babylon gravely injured. He was pronounced dead at Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in West Islip.
Suffolk County Police Homicide Squad detectives are investigating the murder.
