LUGERS
Williamsburg, NY (77WABC)-An argument between two customers spilled outside of the iconic Peter Lugers Steakhouse on Broadway leaving two patrons inside struck by gunfire. Police say a man with a criminal past is under arrest after being captured nearby and brought back to the steakhouse where patrons identified him as the suspected gunman.
The two individuals who argued did not know each other according to police.
The diners shot, a 57-year-old man was shot in his stomach and a 30-year-old man was shot in his shoulder are hospitalized and expected to survive.

Police have not yet announced the name of the person in custody or charges against him.
