(Loudonville, NY/77WABC)-As investigations into two scandals continue surrounding NY Gov. Andrew Cuomo, a new Siena College Poll finds 50% of respondents say New York’s embattled Governor should not step down. By a 48 to 34 % margin, respondents say Cuomo can continue to effectively do his job as Governor. One-third of voters say that the Gov. has committed sexual harassment, one-quarter say he has not, and a plurality are unsure. Voters are satisfied with the way Cuomo has addressed the allegations, 57-32 percent.
Gov. Cuomo is under investigation by the State’s Attorney Generals’ office after seven women alleged sexual harassment. One woman, who has not filed a police report, told the Albany Times Union in a published report she was allegedly groped while at the Governor’s Mansion in Albany, NY.
The FBI and Brooklyn federal prosecutors are probing the Cuomo Administrations’ alleged cover-up of nursing home death totals related to Covid-19.

Gov.
