NEW YORK (77 WABC) – The ‘Black Lives Matter’ mural on Fifth Avenue in front of Trump Tower was vandalized for the second time this week on Friday afternoon.

Three were arrested and charged with criminal mischief, while a fourth was given a criminal court summons for illegal posting of flyers.
Later on Friday the mural was repaired.
