NEW JERSEY (77 WABC) – One of the more popular supermarkets in New Jersey has made a decision to help out customers over 60 years old. Starting on Thursday, all Stop & Shop stores will open at 6 a.m. for those 60 and older, allowing them the chance to shop until 7:30 a.m. until the store opens to the general public.
The special shopping hours have been added to help the older community who has a higher risk for the spreading coronavirus.

Identification will not be required, however the company says they maintain the right to ask customers to leave if they are not in the proper age group.
