(New York, NY) – Giants co-owner Steve Tisch is defending himself after showing up in the latest batch of Epstein files. The DOJ released over 3 million files related to the late sex offender, part of an ongoing effort to maintain transparency and dispel conspiracies. The pair exchanged several emails in 2013. In a statement released through a team spokesman, Tisch says:
“We had a brief association where we exchanged emails about adult women, and in addition, we discussed movies, philanthropy, and investments. I did not take him up on any of his invitations and never went to his island. As we all know now, he was a terrible person and someone I deeply regret associating with.”
The emails discussed several different women and a “gift” that Epstein had for Tisch. One exchange was labeled “Ukrainian Girl”. Tisch serves as the Executive Vice President and Chairman of the Board for the G-men. Tisch has not been accused of any criminal charges.
