(New York, NY) — A new poll shows New York Representative Alexandria Ocasio Cortez is gaining ground with Republicans. A survey from Siena College Research Institute shows only six percent of Republicans approved of AOC in 2019, but today that number has grown to 21-percent.
It comes as the four-term congresswoman is actually the most liked politicians in New York, including Governor Hochul, Senator Chuck Schumer, and Representative Mike Lawler.
She has been traveling with Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders on, what they call, the “Fighting Oligarchy” tour, which has drawn thousands of people in blue and red states.
