(New York, NY) — Dairy Queen is celebrating its 85th birthday and wants fans to join the party. Now through April 6th, customers can get a small blizzard ice treat for 85-cents. However, there is a catch. In order to get the special deal, you have to order through DQ’s app where you can redeem the offer, and then purchase something for one-dollar or more. In addition, the company is introducing some new blizzard flavors, while the Confetti Cake Blizzard is also coming back.
Meantime, there’s some ice cream treat competition. Wendy’s recently introduced a limited Thin Mints Frosty in both chocolate and vanilla. In addition, customers will soon be able to customize their Frosty’s with sauces and mix-ins.
