(New York, NY) — A Brooklyn woman, who had been missing since last week was found okay Tuesday in a bed at Montefiore Hospital. Lillieth Marson’s family has no idea how she ended up in the Bronx, but they are thrilled she is alive and can come back home.
Marson disappeared last week after going to a doctor’s office in Midtown Manhattan to treat an ear ache. The 61-year-old may have accidently left her wallet and phone behind in the office. Her sister says she then may have boarded the wrong subway home and ended up in the Bronx with no money or a way to call home. Someone found Marson walking the streets and took her to the hospital. Her family found her after making calls to every hospital in the city. She was missing for six days in all. Marson’s sister says they hope to find out where she was during the entire six day ordeal.
