(New York, NY) — NYPD cops looking for a couple who dropped off an unconscious and unresponsive three year old at a Brooklyn hospital on Sunday and then drove off. Nurses at University Hospital at Downstate tried to revive the toddler, but he was declared dead a short time later. Doctors say the unidentified boy had bruises on his body.
NYPD detectives are now looking through nearby surveillance cameras hoping they can identify the couple who brought the child to the hospital. Neighbors near the hospital say they watched as police canvassed the neighborhood for clues and knocked on some doors.
