(Washington D.C.) – Rashad Robinson, president of the Soros-backed racial justice group Color of Change, visited the White House multiple times during the Biden administration, according to visitor logs. While records confirm at least five visits, discrepancies in middle initials suggest Robinson may have visited up to 16 times, including meetings with President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris. Color of Change did not clarify the exact number of visits or Robinson’s role in the prosecution of former President Donald Trump.

In May, following Trump’s indictment by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, Robinson claimed credit for helping to elect Bragg. He praised his organization for holding Bragg accountable to its goals, not only in prosecuting Trump but in shaping broader criminal justice reform. Color of Change endorsed Bragg’s 2021 campaign and pledged $1 million to support him.

Color of Change has received financial backing from liberal donor George Soros, who contributed $1 million after the group announced support for Bragg’s candidacy. Soros has a long history of supporting progressive organizations and criminal justice reforms.

Robinson’s group is not the only link between Trump’s prosecution and the Biden administration. House Republicans have raised concerns over the hiring of prosecutor Matthew Colangelo, who left the Biden Justice Department to join Bragg’s office during the Trump investigation. Additionally, Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis communicated with the White House regarding logistical aspects of her case against Trump for alleged efforts to overturn the 2020 election.
