(New York, New York) – The three men allegedly behind the 9/11 terror attacks have dodged the death penalty with a plea deal that will spare their lives. Pentagon officials announced that Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and two others are likely to plead guilty next week. Their decision to plead guilty will get them life in prison. The trio are accused of war crimes, murder and plotting and training for the September 11th, 2001 terror attack.

The decision to give them life in prison has some 9/11 families upset.
