(New York, NY) — Some neighbors in the Bronx say a mom who left her baby all alone in her minivan with the engine running Sunday, should have her kid taken away. The mother of the six month old went into a bakery on East 146th Street around 11:30AM, and when she came out her car and her baby were gone. Police were able to quickly track down the gold Chrysler Minivan about a mile away with the keys inside and the infant still in his baby seat. The baby was not harmed.
A short time later they caught up with the man who stole the vehicle. He was arrested. Cops say the mom had left her child in the car all alone for at least 10 minutes while she was in the bakery. There is no word if she will face any charges.
