NEW YORK—New Jersey Senator Bob Menendez returning to a lower Manhattan courtroom Monday, pleading not guilty to a charge of using his position as Chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee in acting as a foreign agent for Egypt. Menendez has since resigned from the committee, however he refuses to give up his senate seat. Menendez and his wife were previously charged with accepting gold bars, money , and a Mercedes from a group of New Jersey businessmen.
