NEW YORK, NY- Another rain soaked storm in the Tristate. Forecasters say the heaviest rain will fall until 2 pm Saturday. Areas north and west of New York City could see 3-4 inches of rain. 1 -2 inches of rain could fall in the city and eastern long Island. The rainfall follows last weeks record breaking storm where more than 8 inches of rain fell in the city, making September the wettest month on record .
