(New York, NY) — It will be very tough to get around the East Side of Manhattan all week, as leaders from more that 151 nations descend on the United Nations for the annual General Assembly. People who live on the East Side say they change up their plans every year, because it’s just tough to get anywhere on time. President Biden is here. He will make a speech before the General Assembly on Tuesday morning.
