(New York, NY) — Migrants showing up at a Staten Island shelter are hearing a recording made by a neighbor that tells them to turn around and go back to Manhattan.  The announcement., played over a speaker are in English, Spanish, Ukrainian, Chinese and Urdu. It urges the migrants being bussed to the closed St. John Villa Academy to reconsider, and try to get a better, more private hotel room in Manhattan. Some migrants who have heard the announcement have asked to be taken back to Manhattan.
