Long Island Pup Found in NJ Over a Month Later

(Long Island, NY) — reunited and it feels so good. 

Bandit, an eight-year-old rescue dog, went outside to use the bathroom with two other dogs back in June. The Shih Tzu-poodle mix somehow got loose and wandered outside the backyard when he was taken by a man driving by in a van. His owner, the Nguyen family, quickly took action by placing posters and flyers to alert people of bandits situation. They were worried sick for their recue pup who suffers from Epilepsy. More than a month later, the family received a phone call from a New Jersey police officer who found Bandit roaming the streets, all thanks to his micro chip.
