(New York, NY) — Beginning today, food delivery orders in the city will no longer automatically come with utensils, condiment packages like mayo, or even napkins. You will have to ask for it. It’s City Hall’s bid to slow the amount of waste that ends up in dumps. Restaurants that don’t follow the new rules could be slapped with fines between $50 and $250.
