China: Russia’s President Putin on working visit to China
(Beijing, China) — Secretary of State Antony Blinken met with Chinese President Xi Jinping in Beijing, China today It’s the second and final day of Blinken’s high-stakes visit aimed at easing tensions between the world’s two largest economies. Blinken’s trip to China is the first by a U.S. secretary of state since 2018. The meeting with President Xi may be an indication that the Chinese are ready for a high level meeting with President Biden.
