UNDATED-Dozens of people are dead after a fishing boat carrying migrants capsized in the Mediterranean Sea near Greece. At least 104 people have been rescued and at least 78 have died, according to the the Greek Coast Guard. There are reports the boat may have been carrying nearly 700 people when it began to sink about 54 miles off the coast of Pylos, Greece.
The Coast Guard says none of the rescued was wearing a life jacket.
