That’s when 60,000 food delivery workers in the five boroughs, will get a City Hall mandated raise from 7 bucks an hour to almost 18 dollars an hour. Mayor Eric Adams says the workers who delivery food through all kinds of weather deserve to be paid a salary they can live on. The 17 dollar hourly rate is almost three times more than what delivery workers currently make.
