(New York, NY) – Former President Donald Trump says the nation is dealing with a two-tiered justice system, and he’s vowing to fix that if he wins the 2024 election. As Trump seeks the Republican nomination, he joined WABC’s James Golden AKA Bo Snerdley, and responded to the idea he’s facing a weaponized FBI and DOJ.

Trump blasted the political establishment for how his presidential administration was treated, alleging his campaign was spied upon from a very early point. He pointed out that he eventually fired former FBI Director James Comey, and waited longer to do so than some others wanted. Trump made reference to both impeachment investigations against him, as well as the so-called Russian collusion investigation that was recently blasted by a report from Special Counsel John Durham.

The former president also discussed the problems along the nation’s southern border, and an unprecedented influx of migrants. Trump told Bo the nation needs secure borders and fair elections, or you have no country. He argues the border was highly secured under his administration. Meanwhile, New York City continues to face a migrant crisis, with hundreds of people arriving in buses daily.
