Former President Trump is not letting a jury’s ruling against him stand in his way of an appeal against writer E. Jean Carroll.
Trump has been ordered to pay 5 millions dollars in damages in a civil suit filed against him by Carroll.
It comes after Trump this week was found liable by a jury for sexually abusing and defaming Carroll, who claimed Trump raped her in a Manhattan department store dressing room in the 1990s. Trump who had denied the allegations, was found not liable for rape.
